Sabella Realty is top notch.  From the moment my husband and I spoke with Joe Sabella asking for a market value analysis of our old home to the moment we moved in to our new one, Joe Sabella of Sabella Realty was a true professional. He is honest, knowledgeable, and attentive. He quickly gave us a market analysis which led us to put our house on the market.  We listed it at market value, and with Joe's listing expertise, we had an offer in three days!  He really knows what helps a house sell!  He really made us feel as if we were his only clients.  After we received an offer on our home, we quickly began looking for a new one.  In every home we went to Joe was completely honest and we felt as if he was truly trying to help us and not just sell us any old house. We also worked with Doreen Ronca when Joe was unavailable and she was a true professional as well.  Doreen was honest, patient, and attentive.
